Cosmic Waves built the Cosmic Waves Radio app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Cosmic Waves at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Please check the app Auth Dialog or when you installed, you can go to Setting > Application Manager and then select Cosmic Waves Radio to see exactly what permission the app needs:
